Boris could say no more masks or lose the PPE altogether. Which he will, eventually. But we’re estimating that in 2 years’ time, after which the demand will dwindle. PPE Vending Solutions is Phase 1. Phase 2 details are to be determined fully but will include PPE with wellness and healthy living products.
How does it work
Starting from £1800 you will own your vending machine, you will be given over £500 worth a stock, and a location to place your machine. From day 1 you will be generating revenue of which 20% will go to rent and PPE Vending Solutions Fees.
Let’s look at the numbers
Let’s take an example with £10 a day revenue:
£10 x 365 = £3650 Revenue Pa
20% Rent and fees = £730 Pa
Assuming a 75% Margin on the product
(The margins are actually over 75% but let’s assume 25% of the sale is for the products)
Product cost £912.50 Pa
£3650 – £730 – £912.50 = £2007.50 Profit in yr 1
In the first year you will of regained the initial investment.
If you have an average revenue of £20 a day :
£7300 – £1460 (rent & fees) – £1825 (product)
= £4015 gross profit in yr 1!
What do I get for my investment?
The complete package to take revenue on day 1.
Is the vending machine included?
As a PPE Vending Solutions franchisee, you will own the complete branded vending machine which will be fully stocked with over £500 worth of products.
Is the card machine included?
The cost is included in the initial investment for the 1st year but it is a lease which in yr 2 is £10+vat a month.
What’s the start-up cost?
The year 1 franchise fee of £1800 provides you with all the equipment you need to complete a retail transaction on day 1 of your new business. With the £500+ worth of start-up stock, the vending machine itself and a card machine with built-in software to track stock, you will ensure a perfectly full and approachable machine from the very beginning and throughout.
This is a revenue share model whereby 20% of the revenue will be paid to PPE Vending Solutions. The stock can be is purchased though PPE Vending Solutions, other products can be sourced and placed with written consent.
How much time does it take?
Most of our franchisees only visit each machine once a month to restock and take coins. Machines that take over £25 a day will need 2 visits a month.
I have my own location, can I place one there?
Yes of course, we will even deliver and install it onsite.
Can I place my own products?
Yes with our consent, some of our franchisees have designed their own mask, so let your creative juices flow!
